Warning: random ramblings from a runner not running

Well I decided to take one more rest day just to be cautious. I think my knee is feeling better. I’m able to walk down the stairs without pain and I’m taking that as a good sign. I’m going through withdrawals though. I feel lost and a little ungrounded going so long without a run. Thankfully I have yoga.



I put the Insanity Asylum DVDs in a box with the ladder so they wouldn’t tempt me. I will give them back to my brother when I see him this weekend. I’m bummed that I can’t do the workouts but I’ve already found something new to try.

I have purchased the 21 Day Fix and the 3 Day Refresh from BeachBody. I’m excited to try something new and I’m hoping the refresh will be the reboot I need to get back on track. I also signed up for the
