Staying on Track While on Vacation

I have been on vacation in Boston, Ma for three days now, and I find it difficult to stay on track with my eating and exercising. So, I want to provide some helpful tips on how to stay on track while on vacation, it is actually a lot easier than it appears.

Walking verse Transit: When on vacation, it is really easy for us to justify the use of public transit (taxi, train, etc.) over walking. “It is a new city.” “I do not know how far it is.” “It is easier to get there this way.” These are all very true statements, but are not always the best.
