Let’s stay fit with 6 moves


Hi, this time my post are all about fitness. Usually when we wake up from our bed, we straight take our breakfast to filled our empty stomach. Between late night deadliness, having a happy hour with friends or early morning meetings, it can sometimes be hard to prioritize the workout. Therefore, resistance bands is an exercise without adding pressure to the joints, to bring you a 10-minute workout that will have you up, moving, and feeling energized throughout the rest of your day!

Have your energized day with these 6 moves. Ready, set, squat!

Drop & Pop

Step your right foot back into a reverse lunge and bend both knees to 90 degrees. Engage core and push off your back foot, driving your right knee up towards the chest as you jump straight up. Do 30 seconds on each side for a duration 1 minute.
