Some people, myself included, take a lot of the aspects of the Gym for granted. Easy access, open from sunrise to sunset, right down the street, etc.
Sometimes though, it’s not always an option to hit the weights at the local fitness center. Whether it’s due to a busy schedule, out of town on business/vacation, it just doesn’t work.
But you don’t need a fully equipped gym to get the best workout you can possible get. All it takes is some determination, willpower, a dumbbell, and a pull up bar.
Below, you’ll find one of my favorite workouts to hit up when I’m out of town, or I’m running low on time. When doing the following exercises, don’t worry about the number of reps. Strive for the amount of time performed for each exercise.
