I guess there’s a bunch of different paths growing up with a healthy diet could lead to. I feel like the two common ones I see are the kid who gets to college and continues this active/healthy lifestyle, but usually it only happens if they’re an athlete. On the other hand, it becomes a fast food/junk food binge fest. How do you feed your kids?
