Group HIIT 60 Schedule – Description

H.I.I.T. 60 (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

This is a non-stop, powerhouse workout that is guaranteed to burn calories and get your heart pumping. H.I.I.T. will include cardio intervals using the step, TRX, BOSU, jump rope, and floor drills.

Classes are

Tuesday and Tuesdays 2 per day 

@8am and 5 pm
