All calories are not created equal

A lot of people have a problem with how many calories they intake. Is not the calories you intake but is what type of calories that you’re eating.You have protein fat carbs and fiber. Each calories have 4 cal per gram besides fat and then with that you have 7 g. so a person that weighs about 150 should be take intaking about 1800 cal on a hard day. A Hard day is the day that you are doing resistance training. On days that you don’t do resistance training you should be intaking1500 cal and believing it or not. You will see more weight loss if you abide by these rules.
